This pattern is called "Antique Landlord's Game." This pattern is designed from an original photo of a game sketched by Elizabeth Magie Phillips and patented in 1924. A few years later Parker Bros. bought it and renamed and redesigned it into what is known today as Monopoly. It was given to the Creative Commons by Lucius Kwok for usage and adapted into counted cross stitch.
This would look great in almost any room or a game room in your home. A lovely pattern to stitch for yourself or as a gift for someone else. You will have a very unique counted cross stitch pattern.
The picture that you see is shown in the actual cross stitch pattern, not simply a photo.
You will receive a black and white symbols chart with an instruction sheet and a color photo for reference. The pattern will be emailed as a PDF file for you to print.
